Return Policies
Satisfaction is guaranteed! If you are not
compleatly
satisfied with the merchandise you ordered, just return it (via FEDEX, UPS or insured parcel
post, or in person in the store) within 30 days of purchase, and we will give you a refund
or store credit. Items must be in new
condition, in original un-opened product packaging, and with all paperwork. (Shipping charges
are not refundable.) An exception to this
policy is astronomical telescopes, for which we do not offer a cash refund.
